JoGeeTV ep207 Balto painting

With in Dallas and my plans to be out of town folding I really didn't feel like drawing, let alone live!

I was ready to laze away my Friday night with Master Chief in some Halo Reach. I was in an art funk!...until an idea struck me.

Why not do the jogeetv show about artblock or art ruts and how to overcome them?
I would be giving a realtime example of how I overcome this problem, one that every artist(and any creative) encounters from time to time!

so...

I got my ass in front of the jogeetv station and got to work

Turns out the way I overcame art block this time was with my trusty rusty pal Balto! (and our fellow JoGee's! )

At approx 3:50:54(almost 4hours?!) it was a lengthy episode!
Very surprising when you consider I was solo AND I didn't want to draw in the first place.

Funny how that works huh?...even funnier is that when I tried to go to bed (after I finally joined the Chief for some mayhem) I was way too inspired to sleep!

I had to run down and grab a sketchbook and sketch away-same thing when I woke up this morning! grabbed the sketchbook and started drawing before even getting the sleep outta my eyes!

So there you have it
if you don't feel like drawing-and manage to push through the barrier, you will be rewarded with excessive inspiration and draw like a champ!
