I must ask this after seeing this awesome character...is he the primary villain for your Balto comic, or one of the villains? I ask this because this character seems to be a deadly combination of both wisdom and power!

To be honest, he reminds me of the owl villain from Rock-A-Doodle-Doo (another Don Bluth film).

Love your use of pencil and ink on this one!

WooW awesome ,I have a question on the white lines that serve to outline shapes in hand and claws, Do these lines was planned or they drew after finishing the darker parts?.
